How to wash
- Hand-wash in cool water with a gentle wool wash.
- Don’t wring — press the water out between a clean towel.
- Lay flat in the shade to dry. Never the dryer, never the tumble.
Treated this way, a well-made beanie will last through winters. If it ever needs a small repair — a loose pom, a snagged stitch — write and I’ll help you sort it.
Returns
Every beanie is made to order by hand, so I don’t offer returns on a change of mind — but if something arrives faulty or not as described, please write within seven days of delivery and I’ll make it right. Always.
